The Gaeta Western is Naples' reinterpretation of an American icon. Finamore 1925 takes the DNA of the western shirt — the twin chest pockets, the snap buttons, the Luigi collar — and passes it through a century of artisanal shirtmaking, returning a garment that knows its origins without being defined by them. Cut 4 cm shorter than the classic base, its silhouette is relaxed and contemporary, equally at ease on a considered weekend or the most thoughtful casual occasion.
FABRIC AND MATERIALS
The choice of cotton-linen in indaco denim vintage wash is the defining thread of this shirt. The 63% cotton provides body and structure; the 37% linen adds lightness, breathability, and that quietly animated drape that belongs only to natural fibres. The vintage wash works deep into the weave, shifting the indigo into tones that are never quite the same — every Gaeta Western carries a colour that cannot be repeated.
ARTISANAL CONSTRUCTION
Every Gaeta Western is born from the hands of Finamore 1925's seamstresses in Naples, through three stages of artisanal handwork that define the character of the garment. The armhole (giromanica) is sewn by hand, with the precision that only an expert hand can deliver. The mouche reinforces points of tension with quiet discretion. The snap buttons — a hallmark of the western shirt — are selected and fitted with care: only the collar button, attached using the Neapolitan giglio stitch, retains a traditional buttonhole — a quiet nod to classic shirtmaking within a contemporary spirit. The mouche carries the embroidered 'F' of Finamore 1925: the mark that never changes.

The Luigi collar frames the face with quiet confidence and distinct character — a direct reference to the western tradition, reread with Neapolitan restraint. The two patch pockets on the chest complete the silhouette with balance: functional in origin, artisanal in execution.

CARE AND LONGEVITY
Cotton-linen improves with wear: each wash further softens the hand of the fabric, while the vintage wash evolves naturally over time, making the shirt increasingly personal and singular. Machine wash at 30° on a delicate cycle; iron at medium temperature on the reverse side. A shirt that takes shape with the person who wears it.
