Finamore 1925 has chosen a Carlo Riva fabric — one of Italy's most respected textile manufacturers — in a composition that is genuinely rare in shirtmaking: hemp, cotton, and silk in a super lightweight plain weave, garment dyed in a warm sand tone that carries the personal mark of each individual piece. A shirt that is classic in form, extraordinary in substance.
FABRIC AND MATERIALS
The fabric of this Napoli is born on the looms of Carlo Riva, a benchmark Italian textile manufacturer for the finest shirtmakers. The composition — 56% hemp, 31% cotton, 13% silk — is among the most unusual and compelling in the world of artisanal shirtmaking. Hemp, a natural fibre of exceptional breathability and thermoregulation, brings a slightly structured hand that softens progressively with every wash, becoming increasingly personal over time. The cotton provides stability and body. The silk — just 13%, but decisive — adds that subtle luminosity and fluid drape that transforms the fabric into something difficult to describe, but immediately recognisable. The garment dyeing process completes the character of the cloth, settling the sand tone into something warm, organic, and alive.
ARTISANAL CONSTRUCTION
Every Napoli is born from the hands of Finamore 1925's seamstresses in Naples, through seven stages of artisanal work that demand the utmost care on a fabric of such distinction. The Achille collar is sewn with millimetric precision, to hold its wide, open lines without yielding. The natural mother-of-pearl buttons are attached using the Neapolitan giglio stitch — an ancient gesture, never abbreviated. The sleeve plackets are finished entirely by hand. The mouche carries the embroidered 'F' of Finamore 1925: the only signature this shirt needs to carry.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
The Achille collar frames the face with generous spread and decisive lines — a perfect balance between the formal and the contemporary, equally at ease with or without a tie. The regular fit honours the drape of the fabric, allowing the hemp and silk to express their natural fluidity without constraint.

CARE AND LONGEVITY
Hemp is a fibre that genuinely improves with time: each wash softens the hand further, developing a progressive suppleness that no industrial treatment can replicate. Hand wash or machine wash at 30° on a delicate cycle for fine garments; do not spin. Iron at low temperature on the reverse side while the fabric is still slightly damp. A shirt made to improve — wash after wash, season after season.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Also remember that customs duties are always charged to the buyer, even in case of return, and that there is a return contribution if the goods are returned for a problem or damage not attributable to Finamore 1925. The contribution in Europe is 10.00€, in non-EU countries it is 15.00€.
