Finamore 1925 has always stood for excellence and Made in Italy craftsmanship. All fabrics and materials used to make our products follow a strict control and are the result of careful research and selection of the best Italian and Swiss suppliers. The creation of each garment, from the "handmade" Neapolitan sartorial shirt to all Finamore 1925 accessories, is entrusted to the experience of skilled seamstresses, embroiderers, pattern makers, who every day renew, in the company's workshops, a tradition that has been reaping success for almost a hundred years.

You can pay with a PAYPAL account, 100% secure Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, My Bank, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. PAYPAL PAY LATER in 3 installments, KLARNA, SOFORT.

You can checkout as a guest or create an account. An account will make future orders faster and allow you to manage and see the status of your orders at all times, have a history of orders placed, access your shopping cart directly, and write or receive direct messages from customer service.

Each of our shirts comes with a tag with all the care directions for the purchased garment. You will find directions on washing, ironing, and storage over time. If you need more information contact our customer service department.

Orders + Shipping

If you did not receive the order confirmation email, it is possible that the order was not successful or the email address you used was wrong. Also check your spam folder, the email may be there, and if you still can't find it, please write to us right away at store@finamore.it , our customer service will help you right away.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our customer service department, there you will find a link to track your order.

If you need to change your order, please write to us as soon as possible at store@finamore.it and our customer service team will try to accommodate your request. We ask that you do this immediately because, after we prepare and ship your order, we will no longer be able to make any changes. We cannot change the billing address and can only offer exchanges for products of the same value.

To properly return an order, you must enter your Account, in the Orders section. Here you must indicate which product you want to return, and add the reason for the return. After the return is accepted, you will be notified by email of the status of the return. Once the return is confirmed by our company, log into your account, go to the section dedicated to returns and here you will find the label to print and paste on the package with the product to be returned inside. Shipping is free for orders over €250 For all European and over €800 in extra EU. Please also remember that duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser, even in the event of a return, and that there is a return fee if goods are returned due to a problem or damage not attributable to Finamore 1925. The contribution in Europe is 10.00€ in Extra EU countries is 15.00€.

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the appropriate section of your profile.

All Finamore 1925 garments and accessories and all manufacturing processes follow strict and constantly monitored production standards. However, since it is a craftsmanship process that involves "handmade" in the rare case that your product has anomalies, please email us at store@finamore.it attaching photos that clearly show the problem. It will be our quality control department that will assess the situation and show you the right solution.
